Role Description The Client Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships in the textiles sector. Day-to-day activities include handling client inquiries, coordinating orders, tracking delivery timelines, and ensuring a smooth client experience from initial contact to post-sales support. The role involves maintaining account records, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements and resolve issues promptly.

Executive will also identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients, support sales initiatives, and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Satisfaction and Account Management skills to handle client needs and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Consulting skills to understand client requirements and provide suitable textile solutions.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support revenue growth, follow up on leads, and close opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Relevant experience in client-facing roles, preferably in textiles, apparel, or related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
