Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, coordinating with contractors, ensuring work is completed as per drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality, safety, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, and contractors.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Check measurements, levels, alignment, and quality of civil works.
- Monitor activities such as excavation, PCC, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material records,



and site documentation.
- Ensure proper use and availability of construction materials and equipment.
- Monitor manpower productivity and allocate work effectively.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned engineer for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping at the site.
- Inspect completed work and ensure defects are rectified.
- Support quantity measurements and preparation of work progress reports.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Pay: ₹30,983.99 - ₹35,849.09 per month
