Position: Quantity Surveyor

Openings: 2 Positions (1 for Head Office, 1 for Prayagraj Site)

Job Overview

We are seeking two accurate and meticulous Quantity Surveyors to handle our quantities estimation, measurement logs, and billing. One position will be based at our Head Office, while the second will be dedicated to our project site in Prayagraj.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed and accurate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for structural components.
- Maintain and update the Measurement Book (MB) for all ongoing site works.
- Scrutinize and process joint measurements, subcontractor bills, and client billing cycles.
- Carry out quantity take-offs from structural and architectural drawings to verify material requirements.




- Assist in reconciliation of critical materials (cement, steel, tiles, etc.) to prevent variance.

Requirements & Skills

- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Expert knowledge of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) preparation and validation is mandatory.
- Well-versed in civil engineering billing procedures, standard measurement codes, and MB documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
