Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in the Greater Chennai Area.

The Civil

Engineer will oversee planning, design, and execution of civil works supporting interior projects, including structural elements, foundations, and building services coordination. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing drawings, performing site inspections, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves collaborating with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues and optimize designs for safety, durability, and cost-effectiveness.

The Civil

Engineer will also support project documentation,



quantity estimation, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications Strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering, including understanding of structural systems and construction materials.

Experience working as Civil Engineers on building and interior-related projects, with familiarity in site execution and coordination.

Proficiency in Planning, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.

Knowledge of Stormwater Management and basic infrastructure design, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings;

experience with CAD or BIM software is an advantage.

Understanding of local building codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in office.

Prior experience in interior or building construction projects in the Greater Chennai Area is preferred.
