Manage primary & secondary transportation with real-time tracking Drive vendor/transporter performance and reliability Ensure 100% accuracy in SKU handling and dispatch Track and reconcile crates, buffers, and returns Minimize losses, damages, and shortages Zero/near-zero crate losses with high reconciliation accuracy Minimal damages and RTV update within TAT Cost & P&L; Ownership Own city P&L; with focus on: o Cost per delivery o Route efficiency o Manpower productivity Continuously optimize routes, loads, and resources Tech & Process Excellence Drive 100% adoption of operational tech (routing, tracking, attendance, MIS) Use data to identify inefficiencies and improve performance Standardize processes and ensure audit readiness Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with CRM, Retail, and BTL teams Support events, activations, and retail delivery requirements Act as the city SPOC for all operational escalations
