Experience Range: 8 To 12 Job Locations : PAN INDIA (shared example of detailed JD)

We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Citrix Engineer to manage, support, and optimize enterprise Citrix environments. The role requires deep technical expertise in Citrix infrastructure, application delivery, and virtualization, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure high availability of services.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience with Citrix CVAD (7.x and above)
- Expertise in: o PVS, MCS o NetScaler (ADC) o UPM, FSLogix, WEM, App-V
- Good knowledge of: o Citrix application servers (published apps) o Virtual desktops (VDI) and shared PVS desktops
- Experience with application testing, deployment, and troubleshooting




- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere / ESXi
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server and GPO management
- Understanding of networking concepts (firewall, ports, DNS, connectivity)
- Experience in incident, problem, and change management
- Proven expertise in RCA and resolving recurring issues
- Knowledge of vulnerability remediation and security best practices
- Ability to handle high-pressure production issues
- Familiarity with monitoring and performance tools
- Citrix certifications (CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V) Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
