We are seeking an experienced Chinese Chef de Partie (CDP) to lead a specific station in our Chinese kitchen. You will ensure high-quality food preparation, maintain strict kitchen hygiene, and supervise junior culinary staff. [1, 2]Duties and Responsibilities

- Station management: Oversee daily operations of a designated Chinese kitchen section (e.g., Wok, Dim Sum, BBQ, or Roasting).
- Food preparation: Prepare, cook, and present authentic Chinese dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Quality control: Inspect ingredients for freshness and ensure correct flavor profiles, plating, and portion sizes.
- Inventory control: Monitor stock levels, minimize food waste, and order supplies for your station.
- Team supervision: Train, guide, and motivate Demi CDPs and Commis chefs working under you.

Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Chinese CuisineJob Summary We are looking for a skilled Chinese Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) to assist in running a specific kitchen section. This role is ideal for an experienced Commis chef ready to take on basic supervisory duties and master authentic Chinese cooking techniques. [1, 2]Duties and Responsibilities

- Station assistance: Support the CDP in managing station setup, prep work, and service delivery.
- Cooking execution: Execute traditional Chinese cooking methods (e.g., stir-frying, steaming, braising) efficiently under peak hours.
- Line prep: Ensure all mise en place is fully prepared and organized before each service shift.
- Kitchen coordination: Step in to run the station smoothly in the absence of the Chef de Partie.
- Hygiene maintenance: Clean tools, workstations, and storage areas according to strict food safety guidelines.
- Waste management: Track ingredient usage to control food costs and maintain optimal stock rotation.
