Role Description The Role & Immediate 7-Day Sprint

We are seeking a hands-on, high-ownership Technical Co-Founder & CTO to take complete ownership of our tech ecosystem. You will immediately inherit an existing codebase that is ~80% complete and spearhead a 7-day sprint to finish, polish, and deploy it to production.

Immediate Deliverables (First 7 Days) :

Codebase Completion: Review, clean up, and finalize our existing Python/FastAPI backend and Next.js integrations.

AI & Automation Pipelines: Finalize live integrations for AI-powered calorie tracking, automated meal logging, and WhatsApp agent interactions.

Azure Deployment: Finalize deployment pipelines on Microsoft Azure, ensuring low-latency, scalable webhooks (Razorpay, Zoho CRM, WhatsApp Business API).

Data Sync & Edge Cases: Ensure seamless customer sync across payment ledgers, subscription status updates,



and dietitian assignment workflows.

Long-Term Roadmap (30 Days & Beyond):

Mobile App Development: Architecture and full-stack development of our flagship native mobile applications (React Native / Flutter) for client meal tracking, dietitian chat, and consultation bookings.

AI Infrastructure: Scaling automated voice and chat AI agents to handle intake forms, daily check-ins, and dietitian triage.

System Architecture: Maintaining enterprise-grade security, database optimization, and cloud infrastructure on Azure.

Qualifications & Requirements

Hands-on Mastery of FastAPI & Python: Proven track record of building production-ready, highly asynchronous microservices and API s.< /p>

AI Model Integration Experience: Practical experience implementing LLMs, computer vision (for food/calorie recognition), and real-time voice or text AI pipelines.

Microsoft Azure Expertise: Deep experience managing Azure Virtual Machines, App Services,

containerized deployments, and cloud networking.

Full-Stack Proficiency: Experience or strong comfort working with Next.js / React backends and frontend landing page integrations.

Initial Commitment: A modest initial capital commitment of ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 to alignSkin-in-the-game commitment toward shared infrastructure and immediate operational costs.

Speed & Ownership: Ability to review a codebase, identify gaps, and ship clean production code within an aggressive 7-day timeline .
