LEXCLAIM through its internation office called Aavox Global is focussed on international market entry, cross-border transactions, trade, JVs, investments, technology and IP, with operations and partnerships across India, GCC and international markets.

We are looking for an exceptional Group COO to work directly with the Chairperson and Group CEO and build the organisation’s global execution engine.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive day-to-day operations across AAVOX Global, AAVOX Legal and Lexclaim
- Convert business opportunities into structured, timely execution
- Lead the Group PMO and monitor key client mandates, transactions and international projects
- Build systems, SOPs, dashboards and accountability mechanisms
- Manage and scale UAE, Bahrain and other international operations
- Strengthen client success, retention and revenue conversion
- Oversee international delegations, strategic partnerships and institutional programmes
- Build high-performance teams and establish KPIs
- Drive CRM, AI and process automation across the organisation
- Monitor execution, collections, profitability and operational performance
- Reduce founder dependency and build a scalable global organisation

Who We Are Looking For





10–18 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, international business, professional services, technology, investment/transaction advisory or a high-growth organisation.

We want a builder and operator, not an administrator.

The ideal candidate will have:

✓ Strong leadership and execution skills

✓ Excellent communication and executive presence

✓ Commercial mindset and ownership mentality

✓ Experience managing multiple teams/projects

✓ International exposure preferred

✓ Strong technology/CRM orientation

✓ Ability to build systems from scratch

✓ Ability to work directly with founders and senior clients

MBA / equivalent qualification preferred, but exceptional operating experience will be valued more than credentials.
