Role Overview :

- Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, modernizing legacy banking infrastructure to support agile, cloud-native fintech applications.
- Oversee enterprise-wide IT governance and risk management frameworks to ensure strict regulatory compliance and data security in a highly sensitive financial environment.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in steering large-scale digital banking transformations, with a proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business value.
- Exceptional command over IT governance and operational excellence, with a track record of managing mission-critical infrastructure in regulated financial sectors.
- Strong strategic foresight to anticipate industry shifts and proactively adapt technology roadmaps to maintain a competitive edge in the fintech landscape.
- Superior stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of articulating technical vision to non-technical board members and executive leadership.
- Must hold a degree from IIT, reflecting a strong analytical foundation and the ability to solve complex, large-scale engineering challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, on-site work setting in Pune, leading diverse teams through rapid organizational change and technological pivots.
- Candidates must possess 17 to 25 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles within the banking or fintech sectors.
