Role Description The Chief Growth Officer is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Pune City, responsible for driving sustainable revenue and market expansion for The Gut Lab. This position oversees sales, business development, and marketing initiatives,

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing growth plans, managing key partnerships, optimizing customer acquisition and retention, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
