POSITION SUMMARY The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the complete financial operations of KVR Group and its associated companies. The role requires expertise in banking relationships, treasury and fund management, financial planning, budgeting,
forecasting, compliance, and strategic decision-making to support the Group's growth objectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Chartered Accountant (CA)
MBA Finance / CMA / ICWA Added Advantage
Minimum 12-15+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Banking, or Financial Management.
Experience managing finances for diversified business groups is highly preferred.
