The Prospect Arkabandhu Exim is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and scale its international trade and EXIM operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall business development, operations and P&L.;
- Develop international buyers, suppliers and strategic trade relationships.
- Manage end-to-end export and import operations.
- Oversee EXIM documentation, customs, regulatory compliance and trade finance.
- Manage freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHAs and logistics partners.
- Build relationships with industry associations, Export Promotion Councils, Chambers of Commerce and trade bodies.




- Build and lead the EXIM and international business-development team.

Candidate Profile
- 10–20 years of experience in exports, imports and international trade.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of EXIM documentation, freight forwarding, customs and international logistics.
- Proven ability to develop international buyers and close commercial transactions.
- Strong network across industry associations, trade bodies and the EXIM ecosystem.
- Experience in international negotiations, commercial contracts and trade finance.
- Strong entrepreneurial, leadership and P&L; orientation.

Preferred Sector Exposure Agarwood/Oud | Granite & Natural Stone | Fish & Shrimp/Seafood | Quinoa | Millets | Agri & Food Products | Commodity Trading

Education MBA / PGDM / Master’s in International Business, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance or Marketing preferred.

Candidates from IIFT, IIMs, ISB or other premier Indian/global business schools, or those holding recognised professional qualifications in Foreign Trade/EXIM/International Business, will have an advantage.
