Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide overall strategic and operational leadership for NCCC’s activities in Abu Dhabi, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term growth objectives. This full-time, on-site role will oversee business planning, financial performance, and operational efficiency across industrial lining projects, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The CEO will lead senior management teams, set clear performance goals, and drive business development, sales initiatives, and client relationship management within the region.





Responsibilities include evaluating market opportunities, expanding the company’s footprint, managing key stakeholder relationships, and representing NCCC with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies. The CEO will also foster a strong organizational culture, mentor future leaders, and ensure effective communication between the Abu Dhabi operations and the headquarters in India.

Qualifications

- Strong Finance and Business Planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
- Proven expertise in Operations Management and Strategic Planning, with the ability to scale and optimize industrial project delivery.
- Demonstrated success in Sales and business development, including managing key accounts and expanding market presence.
- Extensive leadership experience in construction, industrial services, or related sectors, ideally in international or GCC markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams, driving organizational change, and implementing process improvements.
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
