A hotel chief engineer leads the engineering and maintenance team. They keep the hotel building, guest rooms, and equipment secure and working well. They manage repairs, planned maintenance, safety rules, and utility budgets.
- Facility Maintenance: Inspect and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical grids, and kitchen equipment.
- Team Management: Hire, train, schedule, and direct maintenance staff and outside contractors.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with fire safety, health codes, and local building regulations.
- Budget Control: Track energy use, manage operating expenses, and plan capital improvement projects.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
