Role Description The Chief Executive Officer at Ecommerce Bloom is a full-time leadership role responsible for setting strategic direction, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and executing long-term business strategies, overseeing financial performance, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The CEO will lead and develop the executive team, guide major business initiatives, and ensure that customer experience, technology, and operations are aligned with the company’s mission.

This is a hybrid role based in Frankfurt, with regular on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.



The CEO will also represent the company in key partnerships, industry events, and investor discussions.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to oversee organizational processes, policies, and efficient executive support structures.

Experience in Customer Service management, ensuring customer-centric strategies and high-quality service standards in an eCommerce environment.

Solid Accounting and financial management capabilities to guide budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Proven executive leadership experience, preferably in eCommerce, technology, or digital businesses.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive organizational change, and scale operations.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to business optimization.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Fluency in English; proficiency in German or other languages is an advantage.
