About Topper Shiksha

Topper Shiksha, an initiative of SmartPath Edutech Private Limited, is transforming school education through practical, future-ready skill development programs. We partner with schools to deliver Robotics, AI, Coding, STEM, Financial Literacy, Chess, Foreign Languages, and other experiential learning programs aligned with NEP 2020.

As we accelerate our expansion across Bengaluru and Karnataka, we are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Chief Business Officer (CBO) to lead our business growth.

About the Role

This is not a conventional salaried leadership position. We are looking for a business leader who wants to build something meaningful, create long-term value, and grow alongside the company.

The primary objective of the CBO will be to expand Topper Shiksha's presence by building strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, strategic partners, and channel partners across Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business expansion across Bengaluru and other cities in Karnataka.
- Build and maintain relationships with school managements, principals, and educational institutions.
- Develop and execute sales and business growth strategies.
- Recruit and manage channel partners and business associates.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic collaborations.
- Lead negotiations and close institutional partnerships.
- Work closely with the founder to achieve long-term business goals.
- Build and mentor a high-performing business development team.

Compensation Model
