Industry: Manufacturing | EPC | Infrastructure | Engineering We are looking for a high-calibre Chief of Staff who can work closely with the Managing Director and drive organisational priorities from decision to execution. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for a mature professional with strong business judgement, structured thinking, and the ability to influence and hold senior stakeholders accountable — even without direct authority. ? Key Responsibilities

- Translate MD's decisions and meeting outcomes into clear action plans with owners and deadlines.
- Drive follow-ups across functions and ensure timely closure of critical actions.
- Prepare crisp, decision-ready briefs and pre-reads for MD reviews and meetings.
- Chair/facilitate weekly operations reviews and Monthly Business Reviews in the MD's absence.
- Maintain real-time visibility of key projects, including progress, budgets, risks and slippages.
- Act as the communication bridge between the MD and functional heads.
- Manage confidential, strategic and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the MD.
- Identify recurring bottlenecks and recommend improvements in processes and governance.



? What We're Looking For

✔ 8–12 years of experience across Operations, Strategy, Management Consulting or Cross-functional Leadership.

✔ Prior experience as Chief of Staff / EA to CXO / PMO Leadership will be preferred.

✔ Strong exposure to Manufacturing, EPC, Infrastructure or Engineering industries.

✔ MBA from a reputed Tier-1/Tier-2 institute OR CA with strong business exposure.

✔ B.E./B.Tech + MBA will be a strong advantage.

✔ Proven ability to drive execution and hold senior stakeholders accountable without direct authority.

✔ Excellent business communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

✔ High integrity, discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

✔ Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and project/dashboard tools. ?
