Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong exposure to industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or EPC companies. The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and overall financial planning.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in handling large-scale industrial/project-based organizations, working with management, auditors, banks, government authorities, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall Finance & Accounts operations of the organization.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage GST reconciliation, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation, and annual GST requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory and internal audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash-flow statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, cash flow,



and fund requirements.
- Handle banking activities, BG, LC, bank loans, working capital limits, and financial documentation.
- Review project-wise costing, profitability, expenses, revenue, and financial performance.
- Establish and strengthen financial controls and accounting systems.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act, Accounting Standards/Ind AS, and other applicable regulations.
- Monitor project billing, collections, retention money, advances, and recoveries.
- Support management in financial planning, cost control, investment decisions, and business strategy.
- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Lead and guide the Finance & Accounts team.

Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
- Solid knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, Audit, and Financial Reporting.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
