Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Role Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 2 years of experience to manage accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial controls for our manufacturing operations. The role will support plant finance, audits, cost control, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Finance

· Maintain books of accounts as per Companies Act and accounting standards

· Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts

· Reconcile bank, vendor, and customer accounts

· Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow

2. Manufacturing & Cost Accounting

· Monitor plant costs, raw material consumption, and production expenses

· Analyse variance between standard cost and actual cost

· Support budgeting and cost control for plant operations

· Assist in pricing and margin analysis

3. Taxation & Compliance

· Prepare and file GST returns, reconcile GSTR-2B, GSTR-1, GST-9, and GSTR-3B

· Ensure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, and TCS

· Assist in tax audits and statutory audits

· Handle notices from GST and Income Tax departments

4. Audit & Internal Controls





· Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal auditors

· Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013

· Strengthen internal controls and financial discipline

· Verify plant expenses, vendor bills, and payments

5. MIS & Reporting

· Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and cash flow statements

· Provide financial reports to management

· Support decision making with financial insights

6. Liaison & Coordination

· Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and tax authorities

· Support loan documentation, fund utilization, and reporting

Required Qualifications

· Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified (Mandatory)

· 2 years of experience in manufacturing, plant, or industrial finance

· Experience in GST, Income Tax, audit, and plant accounting

Skills & Competencies

· Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance

· Understanding of manufacturing costing and inventory

· Proficient in Tally / ERP, MS Excel

· High attention to detail and analytical skills

· Ability to work with plant and operations teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year
