Role Overview

Valeur Fabtex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial operations, accounting, taxation, compliance, audits, MIS, and financial reporting. The candidate will work closely with senior management and provide accurate financial insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

- Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting and financial activities.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
- Review ledgers, journals, bank reconciliations, receivables, payables, and expenses.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial position of the company.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.

Taxation & Compliance

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax returns, and other applicable returns.
- Manage tax reconciliations and respond to notices, queries, and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and government authorities when required.

Audit

- Coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and other applicable audits.
- Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely resolution of audit observations.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

MIS & Management Reporting

- Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports for management.
- Provide analysis of revenue,



expenses, profitability, receivables, payables, and cash flow.
- Develop financial dashboards and management reports.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Receivables & Payment Management

- Monitor outstanding receivables and payment collections.
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Collection team for timely recovery.
- Review customer outstanding statements and ageing reports.
- Monitor vendor payments and ensure proper approval and documentation.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, TDS, and Financial Reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive understanding of statutory compliance and audit processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information.

Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance preferred.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, textile, trading, or corporate finance will be an advantage.

- Timely completion of monthly and annual accounts.
- Accuracy of financial statements and MIS.
- Timely statutory and tax compliance.
- Effective audit management.
- Accurate cash-flow and working-capital monitoring.
- Timely receivable collection and reconciliation.
- Compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
