We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented and experienced Centre Manager who can independently manage the overall clinic operations, team, sales, revenue, patient experience and business performance.

Candidates should preferably have experience in Dermatology Clinics, Aesthetic Clinics, Skin & Hair Clinics, Hair Transplant Clinics, Cosmetic Clinics, Healthcare Clinics or Premium Wellness Centres.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage overall centre operations and administration.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Manage and monitor centre-level sales performance.
- Lead and motivate sales/counselling and front-office teams.
- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, consultations and conversions.
- Improve lead-to-consultation and consultation-to-treatment conversion.
- Ensure proper patient follow-up and relationship management.
- Handle patient complaints, queries and escalations.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams.
- Monitor team attendance, productivity and performance.
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly performance reviews.
- Prepare and maintain MIS and centre performance reports.
- Ensure implementation of SOPs and operational processes.
- Maintain high standards of patient service, hygiene and clinic discipline.




- Identify opportunities for increasing revenue and repeat business.
- Assist in recruitment, training and performance management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the centre on a daily basis.

Required Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Skin, Hair, Aesthetic, Dermatology, Hair Transplant, Cosmetic, Healthcare or Wellness industry preferred.
- Previous experience as Centre Manager / Clinic Manager / Centre Head / Clinic Operations Manager will be preferred.
- Strong sales and business acumen.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent patient/customer relationship management.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven.
- Good knowledge of clinic operations, sales processes and MIS reporting.
