Job Summary:

Think Right is looking for a dedicated Center Head to lead our playschool operations. The role includes managing teachers, supporting staff, ensuring child development, and maintaining a nurturing, well-run environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support teaching and non-teaching staff
- Ensure quality curriculum delivery and child progress
- Maintain a secure, hygienic, and engaging learning space
- Build strong parent relationships and handle feedback
- Oversee daily operations, admissions, and team coordination

Other Details:
- Working Days: 6 days a week (Saturday is a half-day)
- NDA/Bond: 2 years
- Travel: The role involves travel as part of the responsibilities.
