Food Tales Catering, established in 2012, is a Premium Catering Company in Delhi NCR, specializing in Exquisite Outdoor Catering for luxury weddings, destination weddings, corporate events and private celebrations.

Led by Shiv Sharma, Founder & Owner, with over 30 years of catering and hospitality experience, we are known for bespoke culinary experiences, professional event execution and refined hospitality.

We are looking for a Catering Operations Executive to join our team.

This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a Hotel Management (HM) / Hospitality student, fresher or candidate with 0–1 year of experience who is willing to learn and build a career in catering and event operations.

The role involves client coordination, client meetings, event preparation, vendor coordination, staff coordination and on-site event execution. The selected candidate will work closely with the management and operations team and will receive practical exposure to real catering and hospitality events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate with clients and understand their event requirements.
- Assist in client meetings and communicate requirements to the internal team.
- Coordinate with vendors for event-related requirements and arrangements.
- Coordinate with service staff and event teams regarding reporting and responsibilities.
- Assist with event preparation, operational checklists and pre-event requirements.
- Assist in on-site event execution and ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate between clients, vendors, staff and the internal operations team.
- Follow up on pending requirements before and during events.
- Handle assigned operational responsibilities and last-minute requirements during events.
- Support the management team in day-to-day catering operations.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors and staff.





WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Hotel Management (HM) / Hospitality background preferred.
- HM students, freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors and staff.
- Presentable, responsible and professional.
- Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Comfortable travelling to different event venues across Delhi NCR.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on event schedules.
- Energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN Client Handling | Catering Operations | Event Execution | Vendor Coordination | Staff Coordination | Hospitality Operations The selected candidate will get hands-on exposure to weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, farmhouse events and other premium catering assignments.

WHAT WE VALUE

We value attitude, responsibility, communication, willingness to learn and consistency. Previous experience is not the most important factor for this role. A motivated HM fresher with the right attitude can be trained according to our operational processes.
