COMPANY DESCRIPTION Food Tales Catering, established in 2012, is a Premium Catering Company in Delhi NCR, specializing in Exquisite Outdoor Catering for luxury weddings, destination weddings, corporate events and private celebrations. Led by Shiv Sharma, Founder & Owner, with over 30 years of catering and hospitality experience, the company is known for bespoke culinary experiences, refined presentations and professional event execution. We serve Delhi NCR and destination events with a focus on quality, hospitality and seamless coordination.

We are looking for a Catering Operations Executive to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, client-facing and field-oriented role, ideal for a Hotel Management (HM) / Hospitality student or fresher who is eager to learn and build a career in catering, hospitality and event operations. The selected candidate will work closely with the management and operations team and will be involved in client coordination, event preparation, vendor coordination, staff coordination and on-site event execution.

This is not a purely desk-based position. The candidate will get practical exposure to real events and will be expected to take responsibility for assigned tasks from planning through execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate with clients and understand their event requirements.

- Assist in client meetings and communicate event requirements to the internal team.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding event-related requirements and arrangements.
- Coordinate with service staff and event teams regarding reporting, deployment and responsibilities.




- Assist in preparing for upcoming events, including operational checklists and requirements.
- Be present at event venues and assist with on-site execution whenever required.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients, vendors, staff and the internal operations team.
- Follow up on pending requirements before and during events.
- Assist in handling last-minute operational requirements during events.
- Support the management team in day-to-day catering operations.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors and staff.
- Ensure assigned responsibilities are completed properly and on time.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Hotel Management (HM) / Hospitality background preferred.

- HM students, fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors and staff.
- Presentable, confident and professional in communication.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Comfortable working at different event venues across Delhi NCR.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays,



depending on event schedules and operational requirements.
- Energetic, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN The selected candidate will receive practical exposure and training in: Client Handling | Catering Operations | Event Execution | Vendor Coordination | Staff Coordination | Hospitality Operations You will get the chance to work on weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, farmhouse events and other premium catering assignments. We are particularly interested in candidates who have the right attitude, are willing to learn and want to develop practical experience beyond classroom knowledge. A motivated HM fresher with the right attitude can be trained according to our operational processes.
