Role Description The Centre Head is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of the center. The role includes planning and executing community development programs, supervising staff, and ensuring effective service delivery to beneficiaries.

Head will handle administrative tasks, monitor budgets, maintain records, and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders. This position also involves coordinating with local partners, government bodies, and community leaders, as well as organizing outreach activities and events.

Qualifications

- Experience in managing community-based programs, social development projects, or non-profit initiatives.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including the ability to supervise teams and coordinate multiple activities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, record keeping, and report writing.
- Demonstrated ability in planning, problem-solving, and decision-making in resource-constrained settings.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work, rural development, management, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience working in rural or community development contexts, especially in Odisha, is highly beneficial.
