About Us

Devkrishna Trucking is an authorized BharatBenz (DICV) dealership offering Sales, Service, and Parts under one roof. We're looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Cashier to manage day-to-day cash and billing operations at our dealership.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily cash, cheque, UPI, and card transactions for Sales, Service, and Parts billing
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate records of all payments received
- Reconcile daily cash collections with billing/invoice records and report discrepancies
- Deposit cash/cheques at the bank as per company procedure
- Maintain petty cash and process authorized reimbursements
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of receipts, vouchers,



and payment records
- Assist customers at the billing counter with courtesy and professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data

Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce/Accounts or related field preferred (12th pass with relevant experience may also be considered)
- 1–3 years of experience in a cashier/billing role, preferably in an automobile dealership or similar retail/service environment
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, billing/ERP software)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in Hindi/local language; basic English preferred
- Honest, reliable, and able to handle cash responsibly

Salary: As per industry standards, based on experience
