Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Career Counsellor to guide students and parents in making informed decisions about their education, career paths, courses, colleges, and universities.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding career options, courses, colleges, universities, and educational pathways.
- Understand students’ academic background, interests, strengths, skills, and career aspirations.
- Recommend suitable career paths, courses, and educational programs based on individual student profiles.
- Provide accurate information about eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist students throughout the course-selection and admission process.
- Convert counselling leads into enrollments and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain detailed records of counselling sessions, leads, follow-ups, and student interactions.

Required Skills




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and explain different career and educational pathways.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- A degree/diploma in Psychology, Education, Counselling, Human Resources, Management, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience
- Freshers with excellent communication and counselling skills can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in career counselling, education counselling, admissions, student support, sales, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
