Job Summary

We are looking for a CA Intermediate candidate with 1+ year of experience in Accounts & Finance. The candidate should have cleared one or more CA Inter groups and have strong practical knowledge of Accounting, Payroll, GST, TDS, Reconciliation and Audit.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and verify journal entries, invoices, vouchers and ledgers.
- Handle monthly payroll processing, salary calculations and payroll records.
- Verify attendance, leave, deductions and salary components for payroll.
- Handle PF, ESI, PT and TDS related payroll activities.
- Assist with Form 16, TDS returns and payroll-related compliance.
- Prepare and reconcile GST and TDS records.
- Perform bank, vendor and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
- Support statutory audits and prepare audit documentation.
- Prepare MIS and financial reports using MS Excel.
- Maintain accurate accounting, payroll and statutory records.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants,



employees and internal teams.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting, payroll and compliance activities.

Required Skills
- CA Intermediate – cleared Group 1, Group 2, or both groups.
- 1+ year of relevant Accounts & Finance experience.
- Practical knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping.
- Good knowledge of Payroll Processing.
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, PT and TDS.
- Good knowledge of GST and GST reconciliation.
- Experience in Bank and Ledger Reconciliation.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Tally / ERP / Payroll software is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Audit and Statutory Compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.

Eligibility
- CA Inter candidate who has cleared one or more groups.
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience is required.
- Must have practical exposure to Payroll and Accounts.
- Candidates preparing for their remaining CA Inter group(s) can apply.
- Strong practical accounting knowledge is mandatory.
