Role Description C++ Lead Developer role based in Kochi. 8 years of experience .The C++ Lead Developer will design, implement, and optimize back-end services and system components using modern C++ practices, with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability. The role involves leading a development team, reviewing code, guiding architecture decisions, and ensuring adherence to best practices in object-oriented design, testing, and documentation. The person in this role will collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and QA engineers to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver production-ready solutions.





Responsibilities also include mentoring team members, contributing to process improvements, and staying current with advancements in C++ standards and software engineering tools.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems.

Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with advanced, hands-on experience in modern C++ (e.g., C++14/17/20).

Experience in Software Development across the full lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Practical experience in Back-End Web Development, working with APIs, microservices, and integration with databases or distributed data platforms.

Previous experience in a lead or senior developer role, with the ability to mentor engineers and drive technical decisions.

Familiarity with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems such as Git.

Knowledge of secure coding practices and performance optimization for high-availability systems.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Explicit communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on-site in Kochi.
