Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Buyer (Arabic Speaking) to manage the procurement of mobile phones, tablets, and related products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor relationship management, stock replenishment, pricing negotiations, product launches, and identifying current brands and products to strengthen our portfolio. Strong relationships with leading distributors in Kuwait and excellent negotiation skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with leading mobile and tablet distributors across Kuwait.
- Monitor daily product availability, market pricing, and supplier updates.
- Plan stock replenishment and ensure timely restocking to meet business demand.
- Coordinate pre-orders and secure product allocations for new launches.
- Identify and onboard new products, brands, and suppliers to expand the product portfolio.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and promotional support with suppliers to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Category, and Inventory teams to ensure optimal stock availability and product performance.




- Prepare procurement reports, supplier performance reviews, and market insights for management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in purchasing or buying mobile phones, tablets, or consumer electronics.
- Strong experience in supplier negotiations, procurement planning, inventory management, and product launches.
- Established relationships with leading mobile distributors in Kuwait are highly preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and Microsoft Excel skills.
