- Knowledge of ERP - E-mail, Word, Excel etc. must be fluent
- Making of Comparative statements of at least 3 (three) nos of Vendors
- General knowledge prevailing market price must be able to negotiate
- A/c s knowledge and Ability for making of atleast minimum 20 nos Bills
- Payments and to resolve difference of rates with Buyer and Seller in prescribed
- time and make Payments.
- Knowledge of building materials, vendors
- Must be able to make the purchase order in detail
- Must be able to clear the purchase bills
- Must be able to handle Pettycash
- Must be able to handle stocck
- Must be able to maintain data entry s of Purchase and Payments and able to maintain Stock manual and at computer
- To coordinate with Architect/Engineer/Site Supervisor for proper identification of required material at required time/required specification etc.
- Must be able to review every 3 (three) months existing Suppliers/Vendors their rates with recent Suppliers/Vendors and to be able to purchase at prevailing market rate.
