Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to build solid client relationships, generate business opportunities, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to interact confidently with clients from different backgrounds. Candidates proficient in multiple languages will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct client meetings and understand their requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Handle client queries and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain client and sales records using CRM tools or Excel.
- Develop strategies for client retention and business growth.
- Represent the firm professionally during client meetings and networking events.

Eligibility Criteria




- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 3–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, or related industries.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Language Requirements
- English – Mandatory
- Kannada – Mandatory
- Hindi and other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who can communicate fluently in multiple languages will be preferred.
