Role Summary: Responsible for managing software assets, licenses, compliance, and optimization activities using ServiceNow SAM Pro. Works with IT, Procurement, Finance, and vendors to ensure accurate software inventory, license compliance, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support ServiceNow SAM Pro.

Manage software inventory,



entitlements, contracts, and license positions.

Perform software reconciliation and compliance analysis.

Identify license optimization and cost-saving opportunities.

Monitor software usage and reclaim unused licenses.

Generate SAM dashboards, reports, and audit readiness metrics.

Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and asset teams.

Support software audits and remediation activities.

Maintain software asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
