Project Role : Business Process Architect Project Role Description : Analyze and design current business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

This role requires creating detailed documentation to support the implementation of new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with various business units to define product requirements and develop use cases that address both process and functional needs.
Engaging in user and task analysis is a key part of the day, ensuring that business needs are accurately represented and translated into actionable plans that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and refinement of business process models to support strategic objectives.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on process changes.
Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Retirement Planning Services.
FIS Platform Expertise:
Deep mastery of FIS Omni products (including Omniplus, OmniScript, OmniAdminWeb, OmniAPI/OmniLink) paired with understanding of new FIS Retirement Platform (FRP).
Must have strong hands-on OmniScripting experience.
Must possess a strong understanding of Omni's integration and communication with external front-end applications.
Plans and coordinates development items for OMNI solutions in an ASP hosted environment.
Works with the business users to ensure that the OMNI solution supports the organization s business strategy.
Develops Omni scripts in alignment with business and product priorities.
Interfaces with FIS ASP team on technical matters as needed.
Manages development risks, issues/problems and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope and quality are achieved. Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.
Works on development of customizing processes to meet business requirements, including design within FIS OMNI or systems integrations with third-party products.
Serves as OMNI liaison between technical and non-technical teams, to ensure all project targets and requirements are met.
Develops OMNI metrics and standards.
Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
Excellent communication abilities to articulate complex process designs to diverse audiences.
Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
Skilled in conducting user and task analysis to capture comprehensive business needs.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Retirement Planning Services.
Understanding on FRP modules
Assists with coaching junior script developers.
Other related duties assigned as needed
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
