Project Role : Business Process Architect Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the deployment of new processes and technologies. The position also includes partnering with business units to clearly define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both process and functional needs.
Additionally, the role involves participating in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs and facilitate seamless implementation.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Retirement Planning Services.
FIS Platform Expertise: Deep mastery of FIS Omni products (including Omniplus, OmniScript, OmniAdminWeb, OmniAPI/OmniLink, OmniCodeConnect, DVW, OWS and back-office accounting engines) paired with deep technical & functional knowledge in the new FIS Retirement Platform (FRP) including Digital Channel products (Non-Participant/Sponsor Web, Participant Web, Mobile App for Partcipants etc).
Omni Modernization & Integration Specialist: Strong capabilities in OmniScript, and shell scripting, alongside modern API development, microservices, Omni (Omni Data Elements) and cloud data formats. Strong functional knowledge in Plan-Participant onboarding, Payroll to Contribution Integration, Cash management, Participant Digital experience upliftment, Loan Payments, Distributions and Disbursements, Correspondence etc.
Data Transformation Tools: Proven experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines, advanced data mapping, and automated reconciliation scripting.
Target Architectures: Solid understanding of NextGen RaaS (Retirement-as-a-Service) frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and modern ecosystem integrations.
Manages development risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g.,
deadline, scope and quality are achieved. Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.
Works on development of customizing processes to meet business requirements, including design within FIS OMNI or systems integrations with third-party products.
Should have the ability to lead and deliver the transformation program by directly working with the client teams.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate and redesign business processes effectively.
Excellent communication abilities to articulate complex process requirements to diverse audiences.
Experience in documenting business processes and creating clear, actionable guidelines.
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Skilled in conducting user and task analysis to capture detailed business needs.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Retirement Planning Services.
Certifications or practical experience in AWS to support FRP cloud infrastructure deployment.
Experience working within SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or DevOps environments managing large-scale, multi-team migration trains.
Hands-on familiarity with automated code-refactoring utilities, GenAI-assisted code conversion, or legacy-to-cloud mapping software.
Knowledge of CI/CD orchestration via Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions adapted for hybrid mainframe/cloud releases.
ASPPA (American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries) certification on US DC/DB Plan Administration Fundamentals.
This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
