About the Company A Fortune 200 global organisation is setting up its Global Capability Centre in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its founding business-operations team. This is a ground-floor seat with the scope to shape how the centre runs strategically. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Business Operations Manager, you will work close to leadership on the projects, processes, and reporting that keep the business on track, turning strategy into execution.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Execution

- Drive cross-functional projects and operating cadences end to end
- Translate leadership priorities into plans, owners, and timelines
- Build and run the operating rhythm, reviews, and follow-through

Analysis & Reporting

- Build dashboards and reporting on the metrics leadership cares about
- Run analysis to support planning,



budgets, and resource decisions
- Identify bottlenecks and drive practical process improvements

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years in business operations, strategy, or program management
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and operational reporting
- Explicit written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to a GCC, consulting, or high-growth environment
- An MBA or experience in a chief-of-staff or strategy-ops role
- Familiarity with BI tools and project-management software
