About Rispri Labs

Rispri Labs is an established analytical testing, chemical formulation, and water technology firm specializing in end-to-end industrial water and wastewater treatment solutions (ETP, STP, RO, UF, MBR, ZLD, and specialized chemical dosing).

We are expanding our regional footprint and looking for experienced Water Treatment Professionals, Freelance Engineers, and Regional Technical Consultants to join us as Rispri Lab Partners.

How the Partnership Works

You leverage your regional network and industry experience to identify local client opportunities, conduct site assessments, and manage client relations. Rispri Labs handles the heavy lifting behind you.

- You bring: Local client leads, site measurements, and project opportunities.
- We provide:
- Full engineering and technical consultancy (P&IDs;, process design, proposal drafting).
- Supply of all treatment chemicals, filtration equipment, plant hardware, and dosing systems.
- Laboratory testing support and analytical backing for client reports.
- Earnings: Attractive, transparent incentive-and-profit-sharing model per completed project or ongoing chemical/O&M; supply contract.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire local clients (industrial plants, commercial complexes, hotels, hospitals, and factories) needing ETP, STP, RO, UF, or chemical treatment solutions.
- Conduct preliminary site visits, gather technical requirements, and collect sample/site parameters.
- Work directly with the Rispri Labs core engineering team to deliver tailored technical proposals and solutions to the client.




- Oversee site coordination during system deployment, commissioning, or regular chemical dosing schedules.
- Maintain strong, long-term regional client relationships to secure recurring chemical and maintenance supply contracts.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Industry Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment, Environmental Engineering, or Industrial Chemical Sales.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of ETP, STP, RO, MBR, MBBR, and chemical dosing systems.
- Network & Reach: Established network or ability to connect with plant managers, utility heads, facility managers, and industrial site decision-makers in your region.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working on a commission/incentive-based model.
- Communication: Strong client interaction skills and ability to represent Rispri Labs professionally at the regional level.

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
