About Us

Simplified Startup is the B2B services brand of Ecommerce Collections, a U.S.-based portfolio company. We help small businesses launch and grow through eight service lines — startup consulting, web development, digital marketing, AI & automation, sales & lead generation, talent & staffing, accounting & bookkeeping, and AI business consulting. Our ~15-person team spans India and the U.S., working remote and async-first with heavy U.S. Eastern overlap.

The Role

We've built the delivery infrastructure — SOPs, pricing, a marketing lead, sales specialist, design and dev talent, and a live case-study client — but have zero external B2B revenue so far. We need an operational leader to turn that built capability into a revenue-generating business. You'll own the P&L;, drive client acquisition, manage delivery quality across all eight service lines, and lead the offshore team day-to-day.

What You'll Do

- Own P&L; performance across all service lines: revenue, margins, cost, and capacity
- Drive client acquisition alongside the sales function — pipeline, qualification, conversion
- Manage delivery quality and client satisfaction across every active service line
- Manage and develop the offshore team, directly and through functional leads
- Prioritize capacity across service lines for the highest revenue impact
- Run weekly business reviews covering pipeline, delivery, revenue, and margins




- Build cross-sell paths between service lines to grow client lifetime value
- Report business performance to the Founder with real numbers

What You'll Need

- 5 years in operations management, agency operations, professional services, or business unit management, including P&L; ownership
- A track record building pipeline, supporting or closing deals, or growing a services business
- Cross-functional management experience across marketing, sales, delivery, and operations
- Strong financial and operational discipline — you manage by the numbers
- Excellent written and spoken English for direct U.S. client and Founder communication
- Experience building and developing remote/distributed teams across time zones

Nice to Have

- Agency or professional services background (utilization, billable capacity, client lifecycle)
- Direct experience in digital marketing, web development, consulting, staffing, bookkeeping, or AI/automation
- Experience scaling a B2B services business from pre-revenue or early-revenue
- HubSpot or CRM pipeline experience
- Startup or portfolio-company experience

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹57,000.00 per month
