Role Description The Business Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in across Karnataka. This role involves managing day-to-day business operations, supporting customer onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with logistics partners and clients.

The Business

Officer will analyze operational data, track key performance indicators, and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. Typical responsibilities include handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, preparing basic reports, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.



The role also includes assisting in business development activities, supporting implementation of process improvements, and contributing to the overall growth of TrucksUp Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and support decision-making.

Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills for internal coordination and client interactions.

Candidates should possess solid Business understanding to support operations, documentation, and basic business development activities.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and foster long-term stakeholder relationships.

Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Commerce, Logistics, or related field) is preferred.

Proficiency in basic office software (spreadsheets, presentations, email tools) and comfort working with digital platforms.

Ability to work in office in accross Karnataka, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced logistics environment.

Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or operations support is an advantage but not mandatory.
