Employees in this job function are responsible for enabling intelligent business decisions by designing robust analytics solutions through a blend of business acumen, data and analytics proficiency and technical solution architecture; leveraging knowledge and expertise in multiple tools for data integration, data modeling, data analysis tools, advanced data visualization tools etc.

Key Responsibilities

- Create strong business partnership for intelligent solutions through stakeholder interviews and solution designs
- Own the design, implementation and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses and end-user tools to drive key business decisions. Use advanced visualization tools like Qlik, Dash Enterprise, Tableau, PowerBI etc.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of business problems and data issues to formulate recommendations for business improvement and technical efficiency.
- Use data modeling tools, data analysis tools, advanced programming languages like R, Python, etc.
- Identify and implement avenues to optimize and enhance data analysis, interpretation and visualization tools, techniques and methodologies for functional analysts
- Design and implement current metrics, techniques and strategies to improve business KPI, metrics unity and end-user adoption
- Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science and Data Management teams to improve data completeness, usability, and performance

Skills Required:
- Demonstrated ability to document complex systems,




- Ability to communicate and work with cross-functional teams and all levels of management , Microsoft Sql Servers, MSSQL, ETL

Experience Required:
- Senior Associate
- Exp: 3 to 5 years experience in relevant field
- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS,SSAS, SSRS).
- Must have proven experience in analysing, reverse-engineering, and documenting complex, legacy data systems. This is a lead-level role requiring technical ownership and autonomy.

PRIMARY SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Microsoft SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
- Microsoft SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services)
- Microsoft SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
- T-SQL
- Microsoft SQL Server

Experience Preferred:
- Professional experience within the Finance / FinTech - IT domain.

Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree

Additional Info:
- Lead the technical decoding and reverse-engineering of legacy SSAS cubes and SSIS packages.
- Create comprehensive, high-quality documentation of the existing platform& architecture and business logic.
- Act as the subject matter expert to support the design and development of new data solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Provide hands-on operational support for the production MSBI environment, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Propose technical solutions and clearly communicate findings to business and technical stakeholders.
