About the Role

We are building a recent-age international staffing and workforce solutions company and are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Head to build and lead the entire business from the ground up.

This is a founding leadership role for someone who can take ownership of the complete business — from market identification and overseas client acquisition to recruitment, operations, deployment and team building.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and lead the international staffing business from scratch.
- Identify target countries, industries and high-demand manpower categories.
- Develop relationships with overseas employers, staffing companies and recruitment partners.
- Acquire international clients and generate manpower requirements.
- Build the complete recruitment, sourcing, training, documentation and deployment process.
- Set up SOPs, systems, technology and operational infrastructure.
- Build, hire and lead the recruitment and operations team.
- Manage commercial negotiations, contracts, pricing and client relationships.
- Own business targets, revenue, margins and overall P&L;.




- Ensure compliance with Indian and destination-country recruitment regulations.
- Develop strategic partnerships to scale the business.

Ideal Candidate
- 7–15 years of experience in overseas recruitment, international staffing, manpower consultancy or workforce solutions.
- Strong existing network of international employers/recruitment agencies is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of building business and acquiring B2B clients.
- Strong understanding of international recruitment and workforce deployment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who can build, execute and scale independently.
- Experience in Middle East, Europe/Germany or other international markets is a strong advantage.
