Rackonnect aims to use racket sports as a foundation for building strong, engaged communities and long-lasting connections. The app aspires to be a one-stop destination for all racket sports enthusiasts, offering a dynamic and inclusive setting for players to connect and grow.

Role Description The Business Growth Intern will support initiatives that expand Rackonnect’s user base and deepen community engagement in the Greater Delhi Area. This full-time hybrid role involves working from the office and remotely, including tasks such as assisting with business planning, analyzing user data and trends, and supporting the development of growth strategies.

The intern will help coordinate partnerships and local outreach activities, engage with users to understand their needs, and contribute to improving app experience and retention.



Day-to-day responsibilities may also include preparing reports, supporting customer communication, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute growth campaigns.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to contribute to growth strategies and operational improvements.
- Candidates should possess Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with users, partners, and internal teams.
- Interest in racket sports or sports communities is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in the Greater Delhi Area, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Pursuing or having a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with basic productivity tools and willingness to learn new digital platforms and analytics tools.
