Role Summary

As Business Finance Manager, you will work closely with leadership to improve financial visibility, strengthen planning and support informed business decisions across our hospitality businesses. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, MIS, financial reporting, business analysis and cash flow planning while partnering with operations to improve profitability and support business growth.

Financial Planning & Analysis

· Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

· Conduct monthly variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

· Build financial models for new outlets and business initiatives.

· Support strategic planning and business decision-making.

Business Performance

· Analyse outlet-level profitability and key business metrics.

· Track revenue, food cost, labour cost and operating expenses.

· Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

MIS & Reporting

· Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet summaries and Cash Flow reports.

· Develop dashboards and performance reports for leadership.

· Standardise reporting across business units.

· Ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Working Capital & Cash Flow

· Monitor receivables,



payables and inventory.

· Support treasury planning and cash flow forecasting.

· Improve working capital management.

Process Improvement

· Improve reporting processes and financial controls.

· Support automation of reports and dashboards.

· Coordinate with accounts and operations to ensure data accuracy.

Ideal Candidate

Qualification

Qualified CA preferred. Exceptional Inter CA candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience

2–5 years in Business Finance, FP&A;, MIS, Budgeting & Forecasting.

Key Skills

Advanced Excel, Financial Modelling, Budgeting & Forecasting, MIS Reporting, ERP Systems (Zoho, SAP, Oracle, Tally or similar), Robust analytical and communication skills.
