Sr. Business Finance Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Finance Executive with 3–5 years of experience to support business finance, financial planning, statutory compliance, and management reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial acumen, hands-on experience in accounting and tax reconciliations, and the ability to provide meaningful financial insights that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and business performance dashboards.

● Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

● Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and key business metrics.

● Perform variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to management.

● Analyze client-wise revenue, travel spend, vendor costs, and operational profitability.

● Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.

● Perform GST and TDS reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.

● Coordinate statutory compliance activities and support GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings.

● Reconcile vendor, customer, and ledger balances to ensure financial accuracy.

● Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Accounts teams for seamless financial reporting.





● Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

● Assist during statutory and internal audits.

● Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization.

Required Skills

● 3–5 years of experience in Business Finance, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, or Accounting.

● Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.

● Hands-on experience in GST and TDS reconciliation is mandatory.

● Good knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. ● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, Financial Functions, etc.).

● Experience with ERP/accounting software; hands-on experience with Zoho Books will be a strong advantage.

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

● Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful business insights. What We're Looking For

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
