Compensation: Fixed + Variable As a Business Development Associate (BDA) at AdmitX, you will be the first point of contact for students exploring opportunities to study abroad. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with inbound leads, understand their academic and career goals, qualify their profiles, and provide initial counselling before handing over qualified students to the senior counselling team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with students, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.

Responsibilities: Leads Management: Contact fresh inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.

Evaluate Basic Eligibility for study abroad opportunities across countries such as UK, Ireland, Australia, France, Germany, and other destinations

Initiate Counselling: Educate students and parents about available options, scholarships, and AdmitX services.

Solve Common Queries: Build a strong rapport with students and solve common queries.

Support Counselling:



Schedule counselling sessions for senior advisors and ensure students attend their appointments.

Sales Execution: Achieve targets for qualifying leads and counselling sessions in line with company targets.

Qualifications: 0-1 years of experience in overseas education industry.

Solid sales and relationship-building skills with a student-centric mindset.

Knowledge of destination countries, education systems, application processes and university requirements.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking).

Strong multitasking and capability of working under tight deadlines.
