? What You’ll Do

- Drive new client acquisition for Permanent Recruitment & RPO services
- Build relationships with CXOs, HR Leaders, TA Heads & key decision-makers
- Generate opportunities through market mapping, networking, referrals & targeted outreach
- Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across workforce solutions
- Develop customized proposals, presentations and commercial offerings
- Lead negotiations and coordinate with internal teams for contract closure
- Build strategic client relationships and drive account growth
- Track market trends,



competitor activity and emerging business opportunities

? What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within Recruitment, Staffing, RPO or Workforce Solutions
- Proven track record of new client acquisition and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of Permanent Recruitment & RPO models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Consultative selling approach with strong commercial acumen
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- Growth-oriented, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
