Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Trainee located in Kolkata.

The Business Development

Trainee will focus on lead generation, market research, and identifying potential business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.



Collaboration with different teams to develop innovative strategies for their market segment is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively

Proficiency in Lead Generation and understanding sales cycles

Sharp Analytical Skills to assess market trends and performance

Experience in conducting detailed Market Research to identify opportunities

Proficient in problem-solving and strategic thinking

Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
