As a Business Development Partner , you will be responsible for introducing the Staff Retention Program to companies and business leaders within your network and generating qualified opportunities for Skilling India.

This is a relationship-driven role suitable for professionals who already have access to decision-makers and enjoy creating strategic business partnerships.





Key ResponsibilitiesIndustry Outreach & Business Development

- Connect with HR Heads, CEOs, Directors, Business Owners, Plant Heads, and Senior Management Professionals.
- Introduce the Skilling India Staff Retention Program.
- Identify workforce challenges and business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Build long-term corporate relationships.

Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads from your network.
- Identify companies with employee retention, hiring, and workforce development requirements.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Client Engagement
- Coordinate discussions between prospective employers and the Skilling India team.
- Support proposal presentations and business discussions.
- Assist in onboarding new employer partners.

Market Expansion
- Promote the program across industry associations, HR communities, business forums, LinkedIn networks, and professional groups.
- Help expand the reach of the Skilling India Workforce Development Ecosystem.
