We’re looking for a Finance Business Manager to partner with business teams, bring financial insights to the table, and help drive decisions around growth, profitability, budgets, and business performance. What You’ll Do

Partner with business teams to drive financial and strategic decision-making.

Own budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

Build financial models and evaluate business cases, investments, and ROI.

Track business performance and key financial metrics.

Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for cost optimization.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.

Support business reviews, financial reporting, and management dashboards.

Translate numbers into actionable business insights. What We’re Looking For

Qualified CA – Mandatory

1–3 years of post-qualification experience in Business Finance, FP&A;,



Commercial Finance, or related roles.

Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Someone who enjoys solving business problems and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
